Baher El Newehy

Baher El Newehy is an Egyptian actor who began his career as a photographer before working as an assistant director for television commercials while studying at the Faculty of Mass Communication. His behind-the-scenes experience led to opportunities in front of the camera through a number of high-profile advertising campaigns, including Pepsi Ramadan 2015 and Mobinil Valentine’s Day.

Inspired by the experience, he pursued acting professionally by training in the workshops of Marwa Gebril and Ramy El Gendy before continuing his studies at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, specializing in Criticism and Drama. He made his acting debut in the television series El Ab El Rohy.

Since then, Baher has steadily built a diverse acting career with performances in El Ab El Rohy as Hazem El Attar, Taqet Nour as Baher Nassar, El Ab El Rohy 2 as Hazem El Attar, Nasiby We Qesmetak 3 as El Dabet Ayman, Wara Kol Bab 2, El Mashhad El Akheer, Rania We Sekina as Gamal, 6 Shohour as Hossam, 2 Qahwa as Rady, the feature film Gawaza Wala Gnaza, the upcoming television series Had Aqsa as Sherif, and Laabet Gehanam, the first story of the anthology series El Qessa El Kamelah, inspired by the real-life “Deep Web” case.

With a background that combines visual storytelling and formal acting training, Baher El Newehy continues to establish himself as a versatile performer, recognized for his natural screen presence and steadily expanding body of work across television and film.
