Celebrity Female Agent
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Celebrity Female Agent to represent and manage celebrity talent across entertainment, media, brand partnerships, public appearances, and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between talent, brands, media outlets, event organizers, and industry partners while ensuring the smooth execution of all professional engagements.

- Experience working directly with public figures, celebrities, influencers, or high-profile clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day professional activities of celebrity clients.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure opportunities including brand partnerships, endorsements, media appearances, interviews, events, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and public appearances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, media organizations, production companies, event organizers, and industry professionals.
- Review and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and management teams.
- Monitor industry trends, entertainment news, and emerging opportunities relevant to clients.
- Support personal branding strategies and career development plans.
- Ensure all client communications, requests, and business matters are handled professionally and confidentially.
- Assist during photoshoots, filming, red carpet events, promotional activities, and public appearances when required.
- Manage incoming inquiries and evaluate potential opportunities aligned with clients' goals and image.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for potential partnerships and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, artist relations, public relations, influencer management, entertainment, media, or luxury brand partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of entertainment, social media, influencer marketing, and celebrity branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and attend events when required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
