This Privacy Policy explains how iLike Agency (“iLike Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when a blogger, creator, or model (“you”) submits their details through our onboarding form at ilikeagency.co/campaigns/onboarding or otherwise joins our blogger list, and when a client reviews bloggers for a campaign.

iLike Agency is a talent-management and marketing agency based in Cairo, Egypt, operating across the MENA region.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide through onboarding. When you complete our onboarding form, we collect: first name, last name, birthday, gender, phone number, WhatsApp number, city, area, full address, Instagram username, follower count, and the content categories you select.

Instagram information (verification via Meta). If you choose to verify your account with Instagram, you sign in through Facebook Login and grant us permission to read a limited set of information about your Instagram professional (Business/Creator) account, specifically: your Instagram username, your follower count, and aggregate reach/insights for your account. We use this only to confirm you control the account and to keep your follower and reach figures accurate. We do not post to your account, read your private messages, or access your personal contacts.

Technical information. Like most websites, our servers may automatically record standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the service.

2. How we use your information

• To add you to our blogger list and build campaign shortlists that match your profile.
• To contact you about suitable campaigns and collaborations.
• To present relevant, non-private information about you to the specific client running a campaign you are shortlisted for.
• To verify your Instagram account and keep your follower/reach figures accurate.
• To operate, secure, and improve our service.

3. What clients can and cannot see

We separate public information from private information at the system level.

Information that may be shown to a client when you are shortlisted for a campaign: your name, gender, Instagram username and link, follower count, content categories, city/area (only if we choose to display location), and, where available, your verification status and reach.

Information that is never shown to clients and is visible only to authorised iLike Agency administrators: your birthday, phone number, WhatsApp number, and full address. This separation is enforced so that private details cannot appear in client-facing lists, exports, or profiles.

4. Meta Platform data

Our use of information obtained through the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Login complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access your Instagram username, follower count, and account insights (reach) solely for verification and to keep your metrics accurate. We store these values on our own server and refresh them periodically. You can revoke our access at any time from your Instagram or Facebook settings (see “Removing Instagram access” below), and you can request deletion of your data as described in Section 8.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the specific client of a campaign you are shortlisted for, limited to the public information described in Section 3.
• With service providers who help us operate our website and email (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain in our blogger list so we can consider you for future campaigns. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 8). If you are blocked or removed, we retain only the minimum information needed to honour that request (for example, to prevent re-submission).

7. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9, or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

8. Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion Instructions page. In short: email us from, or clearly stating, the account you used, and we will remove your profile and associated data from our blogger list.

Removing Instagram access

To revoke the Instagram/Facebook permission you granted for verification, open Instagram or Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, and remove “iLike Agency”. This stops any further access to your Instagram data.

9. Children

Our onboarding and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
